How can I order?
Thank you for choosing us and your interest in our products. If you are confused about how to place your order or you have difficulties navigating on our page, please follow the steps below:

  • go to Shop in the header or select a category from the menu when selecting Shop
  • choose your product, amount and size
  • add your selection to cart
  • proceed to checkout
  • follow all the steps from here
  • check all your order details and verify your shipping address
  • select your payment method
  • fullfil the payment
  • your order is finished now

Make sure u get a confirmation that your payment is cleared from your bank of creditcard

When will my order arrive?

I made mistake in my order, can I change it?
Please always double check if you have placed your order correctly. Please alert us about any modification requests maximally two days after you have placed your order (e.g. before the shipping starts). We cannot change anything in your order after it has been shipped.
I just checked my order’s tracking but it doesn’t shows my order. What happened?
The reason your tracking number does not show the exact location of the parcel is because the  given carrier does not provide real time tracking of the shipment.
I mistyped my shipping address, what can I do?
Please note that we cannot make edits to the shipping address after the shipping had begun. Please alert us about any modification requests within 24 hours days after you have placed your order.
Why split an order into several orders?
Here are some reasons:

– The order has too many products and they all don’t fit into one box.

– Some products in the order are backordered

– Some products in the order didn’t pass 1st time quality
checking, and on it’s 2nd time quality checking.

– Some items are out of stock temporarily.

I have not received my order. What can I do?
Before u complete your order make sure your shipping address is mentioned correctly.
If your shipment has not been delivered because of a wrong (spelled) address you will not get (partially) refunded!

Method 1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by the seller:
Go to My Orders> Locate the order > and Click Track Order.

If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You may leave a message on the order details page

Method 2. Contact us for more information. Make sure you do this before your Buyer Protection has ended.

How can I make a return?
If you do not like the item you ordered you can always sent the item back to the seller.

Please note that returning the item is on behalf of your own costs.
The return address will be mentioned on the package.
We will not refund in any case the return costs.

The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can contact us to agree for a solution.
Please use our contact form and specify why you are not satisfied with the product.

If our seller agrees to your refund request, the refund will be processed.

Rights Protected:
1. 14 days to reconsider your purchasing decision and withdraw
2.  2 years Standard manufacturer warranty for your cover, if any item that is different from how it is described or that has manufacturing defeats. If you would like to activate this warranty, please contact us.
3.  Accurate information of your transaction and clear terms that bind your deal.
4.  Seeking help from the relevant consumer support from your country of residence

How do I get a refund by credit card or debit card?
You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order. It usually takes around 3-20 business days for the money to arrive.

For more information about the refund status, please check the order details page on our website.

It normally takes 3-20 business days for refunds to be processed.
If the refund status is marked as “Complete”, but you can’t find the payment in your bank account, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How can I get a refund if my credit card is no longer valid or has expired?
You will receive your refund on the same card that you used to pay for your order. To secure the safety of your account, we can’t refund to other cards.

If your original card is not valid or if it has expired, please contact your card issuer for more information. Normally they receive the money on your behalf and transfer it to your bank account.

How can I get a refund through Ideal?
If you paid with Ideal, the money will be refunded to your original account. It usually takes around 7-10 business days for the money to arrive.
If you can’t find your refund, please be advised to inquire your bank for more information.
Why is my order being verified after I have already paid?
To ensure the safety of your payment, all orders on Athlympics will be verified. If you paid for your order by credit card, this process will take no longer than 24 hours. Once your payment is verified, the seller will start preparing your order for shipment. If we failed to verify your payment, your order will be automatically cancelled.

If after 24 hours your order is still being verified, please contact our Customer Service Team.

Why was the wrong amount deducted from my account?
Please note Athlympics only charge user the value in order confirmation page and no extra money will be received.

If extra money has been deducted from your account, it may due to:
– exchange rate change
– service fee or transaction fee charged by bank
– supportive currency of your card is A, while order pay in currency B may cause more transaction fee. Kindly note every card with supportive currency. Eg: if your card only support transaction in USD while order was paid through RUB. The transaction will be converted for further processing and extra money may be required for every conversion.

If you still have concern about this value, please double check with bank if value difference was caused by above reasons..

What should I do if my card payment has failed?
If your payment has failed, please check the following:
1. Please make sure you have paid with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (debit card) or American Express.

2. When making payment on Athlympics, you must have an activated 3-D Secure Code. Please contact your bank to confirm whether your card has been authorized with 3-D Secure Authentication.

3. If your card has expired or your payment has exceeded your card’s limit, please contact your card issuer.

4. If you got an error notice on the checkout page, please check your card information and try to pay again. If this doesn’t work, you can try using another card or another browser

How can I pay with my credit card or debit card?
On our website you can pay with Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard, Maestro debit cards, and American Express. These payments are processed by Paypal. This means that u will redirected to Paypal from where u can make the payment, even without a Paypal account.

Please follow the steps below:
If you linked your card to your account
1. Choose the payment method
2. Click Confirm and Pay​

If you haven’t linked your card to your account
1. On the checkout page, enter your card details and the type of card will automatically be recognized.

2. Click Pay Now and your order will be verified within 24 hours.

Can I pay cash/What is the method of payment?
1. Paying with PayPal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you could make the payment. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Athlympics doesn’t receive your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

When you place an order with Paypal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.


  1. Paying with credit cards:

You may still check out even without a PayPal account. To do so, please click on “Checkout” and you’ll be redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information.


Unfortunately, cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted for security reasons. All payment information is confidential and secure.

Is it possible to pay in other currency than US dollars?
Every payment is executed through bank transactions, therefore  the currency exchange is automated and fixed to the exchange rate of the National Bank. You can change the currency view in the bottom left corner of the screen. This is informative only, at the checkout it’ll display the amount in USD.

Is there free shipping to XY country?
Shipping itself is free* but local duties and customs clearings may affect the final price. It is the customer’s responsibility to learn about these extra fees.

*To the following countries, free shipping is unfortunately not available, and a charge of $8.99 will be added to the total amount:

Do I have to pay any extra charges?
In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

Please mind the following:

  1. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information please send an email to us;
  2. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;
  3. When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

To avoid any unforeseen surprises, please pay attention to the following:
•    Ask the seller if you need to pay any additional import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges.
•    Contact your local post or customs office to find out more about your country’s customs duties and taxes.
• Import duties, taxes or other customs-related charges are normally collected by shipping companies upon delivery.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs office in your country.
• Additional costs or delays may occur during international trade.
• Some sellers offer domestic delivery, meaning that they will send your order from a warehouse in your country. In this case you won’t be asked to pay any additional customs duties and taxes.

My shipment is still in transit after the suggested delivery time, what do I do?

When will I receive tracking information?
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive such an email within 7 business days, please contact us!

How do I track my order?
To track your order, please use this link: and enter your tracking code. It offers a comprehensive view of your shipping details.
Why does the shipping begin several days after I have placed my order?
After we receive your order, we conduct control checks in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3~7 days; however, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status.
How long does it take to ship?
All orders are processed within 2~7 business days after clearing your payment.

We pack and ship immediately and have your shipment on the way as quickly as possible, usually between 5~12 business days.

US deliveries usually take 7~22 business days and international deliveries usually take 2~8 weeks, depending on the supplier, your location and customs controls.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Athlympics cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

If you have ordered more than one item, it is very likely that you’re going receive them separately. Each item has its own tracking code.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
For now our shipping partners are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.

So you will need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is given, it will delay shipment of your items or your order will be canceled.

Which shipping companies do you work with?
We work with international shipping companies that provide free shipping method, as it is stated in our shipping policy. We also work with third party courier services. After the parcel’s arrival, the respective national post is responsible for the delivery.
Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, we ship to all countries except for mainland China and Indonesia, where shipping is unfortunately not available for logistics reasons.

Please note we also can’t ship to military addresses (APO / FPO).

Rules About Communication
We encourage open communication between our members on Athlympics. However, your communication with buyers (whether via email, trade manager, community discussion boards or other methods) must not contain any of the following:

We don’t allow our members to send each other spam. “Spam” means an email (or part of an email) that is unsolicited in nature. “Unsolicited” means the person who received the message didn’t request for it.

Some examples of spam include:

  • Unsolicited email offers sent to members
  • Invitations to join a mailing list that aren’t related to the transaction carried out
  • Unsolicited offers to buy or sell products available on Aliexpress

Buying or selling items which are sold outside of Athlympics
Threats, profanity, or hate speech

Please make sure you follow these guidelines otherwise you may be subject to a range of disciplinary actions, including having your messages blocked, restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.

Policy on Unpaid Items
You will have a 20 day period to complete payment for an item once you have gone through the Buy Now process.

Not paying for your items on repeated occasions after you have committed to buying could subject you to a range of disciplinary actions, including restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account. .

Is there a local shop where I can check your merchandise in person?
At the moment, we don’t have any physical shops in any country. We’re a fully functional online shop. Orders are placed directly on our website.
Where are you from?
We are an Dutch based online exclusive shop. We do worldwide deliveries and the shipping is free (see the ‘Shipping’ section for exceptions). We ship directly from our suppliers from various locations including Hong Kong, Europe, Asia and the US.
